`joy_maplist.c`

### What it is for
Generates a maplist.txt used by Kingpin servers to define a list of maps that players can vote on and play.
Scans one directory for `.bsp` filenames and generates several text files containing map names grouped by prefix.

### Usage

```bash
joy_maplist.exe [directory]
```

### Arguments
- `directory`
  Optional. Directory to scan. Defaults to the current directory.
  This tool is **not recursive**.

### Category rules
It strips `.bsp` and writes names into:

- `maps_bm.txt` -> names starting with `team_`
- `maps_crash.txt` -> names starting with `bom_` or `vip_`
- `maps_hw.txt` -> names starting with `hw`
- `maps_xmas.txt` -> names starting with `xmas`
- `maps_kpq2.txt` -> names starting with `kpq2`
- `maps_kpq3.txt` -> names starting with `kpq3`
- `maps.txt` -> everything else

### Output
All output files are written to the current working directory.

### Good use case
