`joy_dragndroptga.py`

### What it is for
A drag-and-drop GUI for quickly converting images to **24-bit RLE-compressed TGA**.

This is the simplest “drop files here and convert them” version.

### Dependencies
```bash
pip install PyQt5 pillow
```

### Usage
```bash
python joy_dragndroptga.py
```

### How to use
1. Launch the program.
2. Drag image files onto the window.
3. Each dropped image is converted to:
   - RGB / 24-bit
   - `.tga`
   - saved in the same folder as the source
4. A dialog reports which files succeeded or failed.

### Arguments
None. This is GUI-only.

### Output
For a source file like:
- `wall01.png`

it writes:
- `wall01.tga`

in the same folder.
